I created Love Love Sweets not from a business plan, but from a deep spiritual knowing: that food could be a path home to the self. I had tasted so many desserts that left me numb, bloated, or disconnected—and I knew there had to be another way. Something softer. Something honest. Something true.
I started crafting desserts made only from what the Earth offers freely: fruit, seeds, coconut, maple, and dates. No sugar. No gluten. No grains. No artificial sweetness—only the real thing.
And something beautiful happened.
Some People cried after the first bite. People felt safe. Seen. Nourished—not just in body, but in heart.
That’s when I knew: this is sacred work.
Love Love Sweets became a way to gather people around ritual. Around reverence. Around presence.
