When are Love Love Sweets desserts sent on their journey to you?

Our desserts are lovingly prepared and shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays. Orders placed after the Saturday night deadline will ship the FOLLOWING week (by Monday or Tuesday of the next week). Each creation is made with care and intention. To ensure your dessert arrives perfect, we accept online orders for the following week. If you need your dessert sooner, reach out and we will honor your request whenever possible. Local orders can be delivered sooner.

How are Love Love Sweets desserts shipped?

All desserts are shipped frozen, accompanied by dry ice to preserve their freshness. Please do not touch or remove the dry ice with bare hands—it can cause injury. Your dessert will arrive safe, cold, and ready to be savored.

Can Love Love Sweets travel beyond the United States?

At this time, our sacred creations are traveling only within the United States.

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

To ensure your dessert arrives safely, we ship only to physical addresses, as required by our trusted shipping partners.

Can my dessert arrive with special arrangements?

If your order requires unique handling or has special needs, please connect with us directly. While we craft each recipe as intended, we are happy to honor special delivery requests whenever possible.

Yes! Our desserts are perfect gifts for employees, clients, or celebrations throughout the year. Corporate discounts and special arrangements are available—please reach out so we can create magic together.

What is your policy for changing or canceling an order?

Life unfolds, and plans may shift. You may change, postpone, or cancel your order with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Once an order has left our kitchen, it is on its journey and cannot be altered.

Do Love Love Sweets offer refunds or replacements?

We honor each creation with love, yet tastes and expectations differ. If something goes awry due to shipping or an error on our part, we will work with you to offer a replacement or refund. Orders placed with incorrect details may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, but refunds cannot be issued in those cases.
